Norm Bobay
Norm Bobay founded hireMAX, a consulting firm specializing in employee evaluation and development,
in 1991. He brings over twenty-five years of business management
and training experience to his position. Some of the countries that they have worked with include: Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines to name a few.
Norm Bobay is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and a Certified Professional Values Analyst. His thorough understanding of employee testing and ability to
interpret the results have helped organizations worldwide to successfully predict employee performance. Through his enthusiasm and easy-to-understand teaching style,
along with certified customer service associates, he has taught employers how to use the tests and interpret the results themselves.
Norm has a BA in Bible from American
Christian School of Biblical Studies and was ordained as a minister
in 1981. He worked in full time ministry conducting evangelism and
church growth development training until 1986 when he returned to
the business sector as General Manager of a small manufacturing and
distribution company.
In 1991 he began a private consulting firm providing
personnel selection assessments and management training for companies
nationwide. He was chosen as TTI Performance Systems 2000 International
Trainer of the Year. Norm has been promoted nationally as a professional
speaker and trainer on such subjects as: "Maximizing Employee Potential",
"Attitudes: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" and "Removing The Mask:
How to Effectively Communicate, Even with Jerks!".
