• A career based "Personality" assessment test revealing your natural "preferred work style" and what is your "Ideal" work environment. See sample. Your eAdvisor will also provide input into which careers in the "Decide" stage of your program are a "good fit" for you. (Other assessments may be recommended based on your career choices and could require an additional charge)
• Access to our National "Talent Pool" of candidates in our Career Staffing program. You will be assessed on Talents, Motivations and Behaviors and matched to careers by employers according to their career requirements. (hireMAX cannot guarantee employment, but you will be recommended to our affiliates who are looking for our "Career Fit Confirmation" candidates)
• Certificate of "Career Fit Confirmation" - Once completed, you will receive documentation that shows that you have spent time and invested money into your search for a "career" not just a "Job". Can be added to your resume or application to give you an advantage over other candidates. hireMAX will also be available as a reference. (see requirements)

• Mailed us the Program Satisfaction "Return Form" with comments on the benefits you have received from the Career website program.

Refund amount is $300 if purchased with hireMAX CareerWay™ Self Search Program; $350 if purchased separately. Refund does not apply to the $199 hireMAX CareerWay™ Self Search Program.

Requirements

All requirements listed below must be met to receive a refund:

• You must have completed all six assessments in the hireMAX CareerWay™ Self Search Program.
• Completed and returned the three progress reports supplied by your eAdvisor related to the Explore, Decide & Pursue areas of the hireMAX CareerWay™ Self Search Program.
• Given the program at least 3 months effort from activation (Date from which you 1st accessed the Career website program).
• Never mailed us the Program Satisfaction "Return Form" with comments on the benefits you have received from the Career website program.
• Never received the Certificate of "Career Fit Confirmation".
• Mailed us the completed Guaranteed Satisfaction "Return Form" with an explanation as to why you are seeking a return.
